Executive Sous Chef Amber Allen has been in the culinary business for almost 20 years and brings a ton of valuable experience to her position. She has extensive experience in catering from positions at the Radisson QC Plaza in Iowa and the prestigious Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee and restaurant experience at GoodKind in the Bayview neighborhood of Milwaukee, among others.
